| We Subdivided a 40 acre waterfront acreage fronting on the Straits of Juan De Fuca into estate sized residential lots and then installed all of the Infrastructure. We then marketed our lots through a local Realtor for sale. Sold all of the properties except for one which was held for personal use. | |
