| Developed plans for and completed the processing of a non-urban PUD in the county of Boulder on a 160 acre parcel for a very high end, large lot (two to five acres) subdivision for single-family homes. Sold all the lots in the subdivision. The price range of the existing homes in the subdivision is one to three million dollars. This project was conceived of as a premier, estate style development close to the City of Boulder yet in a rural park like setting along Dry Creek. We successfully achieved our goal. This development is considered to be one of the finest of its type in the area. |
