| This building was a lease-build to suit building. We worked very closely with the owners to create an ideal business environment for their expansion. We also gave the principals of the company an option five years after occupancy to purchase the property. The owners did exercise their option. Founded in 1983, the company is located in Niwot, CO, and serves the global community providing high-quality, tight-tolerance prototype and production parts and assemblies to a variety of markets including medical, aerospace, telecommunications and process control instrumentation. The company received ISO registration to meet ISO 9001:2000 by Orion Registrar in July 2001. |
