After lengthy negotiations with the City of Boulder our company was able to receive approval for connection to the City's sewer and water utility system then we developed subdivision plans for a 96 unit Single Family Subdivision bordering the Boulder Country Club. We processed a combination PUD/subdivision through Boulder County and the sold the entire subdivision to a company which developed and sold the individual lots.
South Meadow is an example of our interest in bringing a well-conceived project to market in the upper-middle residential price bracket. The lower density and use of space for parks and public trails make for a desirable alternative to the downtown Boulder upper-middle income client.
